The SETA Foundation at Washington D.C. hosts multiple programs throughout the year, including the Ibn Haldun University Student Program, in partnership with Ibn Haldun University in Istanbul, and the SETA Leadership Program. Past programs have included the Leadership Academy and Young Scholars on Turkey.
The goal of these programs is to provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between the United States and Turkey. Participants in these programs are encouraged to interact and learn from experts and their fellow participants in order to gain insight into different perspectives and analyses. At the conclusion of the programs, participants share what they have learned and how their view of the US-Turkey relationship has changed. By engaging with the SETA Foundation at Washington D.C.’s programs, the participants are empowered to become future leaders in the US-Turkey partnership.
