Kılıç Kanat joined The Communications Directorate’s 4th Stratcom Summit in Istanbul

Kılıç Kanat moderated a session titled, “One-on-One: A.I. Strategic Development: A Vision for Azerbaijan’s Future,” featuring Hikmet Hacıyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as the speaker. The session was part of the International Strategic Communication Summit 2024, organized by the Directorate of Communications of the Turkish Presidency in Istanbul.

This year’s summit theme, “A.I. in Communication: Trends, Traps, and Transition,” provided the perfect platform for discussions on Azerbaijan’s innovative approach to artificial intelligence. During the session, Hacıyev highlighted that A.I. is among the Azerbaijani government’s top priorities, emphasizing its transformative potential in critical areas such as public services, governance, education, media, and diplomacy.

Hacıyev elaborated on how Azerbaijan envisions leveraging A.I. to foster good governance, improve public service delivery, and enhance the education system. He also underlined the role of A.I. in shaping modern media and diplomacy, ensuring Azerbaijan remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

By focusing on strategic development and practical applications, the session underscored the importance of A.I.-driven innovation in building a sustainable and forward-looking future for Azerbaijan.
