On February 4th, 2016, Kadir Ustun was part of a panel discussion at The Brookings Institution titled: Turkey’s Politics and Foreign Policy: Bridging the Populism/Realism Gap. Panelists included representatives from George Washington University, the Washington Institute for International Security, the Center for American Progress, and the Brookings Institution.
